Baby Cocktails Kahlua is a cozy women’s sweater featuring simple texture, rib, and cable detail. The knitting is easy, but it’s how the elements are paired that makes the design interesting. Kahlua’s fronts are worked around the shoulders to create a beautiful, slouchy collar that results in horizontal lines that play off the body’s vertical detail. It’s all quite easy but purposefully placed to work together. A short length and boxy fit also keep this modern and fun. This sweater is knit flat from the bottom up, and sleeves are worked in the round separately and joined at yoke and worked seamlessly to shoulder. The rib and cable patterns are charted and written out.
