Designs by Romi’s Taygete shawl is a lovely combination of the woodland greens of the forest. Fit for everyday use in stripes and lace, the construction is side to side in the upper portion, with stitches easily picked up in the loops around the shaped triangle and knit down in lace. A picot edging is then knit on around the entire shawl border. The pattern includes instructions to calculate requirements for different yardages based on a percentage system. Lace pattern is both written and charted.
