Piper Hat by Yankee Knitter Designs is the companion to the Piper
Mittens. This is a simple cable hat knit using worsted weight or bulky weight
yarn. The instructions are easy to follow and are sized from Baby to Adult L. Piper Hat is knit in the round from the bottom up and finished with a pom-pom. So do
some stash busting and knit a hat for the entire family! The

Yarn Requirements:
Worsted Weight Yarn – 150 (175, 200, 225, 250) yards such as Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Worsted
(85% Wool/ 15% Mohair; 4oz/190yds) AND 30 yards for pom-pom
Bulky Weight Yarn – 70
(85, 100, 115, 130) yards such as Brown Sheep Lamb’s Pride Bulky (85% Wool/ 15%

Needles:
Worsted Weight Yarn – US 5 (3.75mm) and US 7 (4.50mm) DPNs or 16” circular
